March Adams offers a full range of
civil engineering services including many aspects of site
development from preliminary feasibility studies to design
development through final construction documents. Our design
services include the preparation and permitting of site
infrastructure documents. This documentation includes site
layout, grading, storm drainage, stormwater detention
facilities, sediment and erosion control, site utilities along
with both sanitary sewer and water distribution system
extensions. Our staff believes that the best site
infrastructure design solutions should go unnoticed. We
strive to provide low impact design solutions that are both cost
effective and require minimal maintenance. This process
begins while working with other disciplines and regulatory
agencies in the earliest design stages and establishing open
channels of communication.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
March Adams provides structural engineering services for
commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. Our staff uses advanced
engineering design tools such as STAAD PRO2000, ENERCALC and
Fast Frame. March Adams has extensive experience in all
areas of construction types, such as, concrete, steel, timber
and pre-cast. In addition to new construction, we
provide analysis for existing facilities requiring
re-engineering or modernization. March Adams also provides
structural services for existing industrial plants for process
upgrades and rehabilitation work, as well as, building and
structural modifications for new equipment supports and
platforms.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
March Adams’ expertise extends to
many facets of HVAC design, construction, and analysis. We have
a proven record for solving complex problems in such areas as
indoor air quality, laboratory environmental control, cooling
and heat recovery. In addition to designing energy
efficient systems, we can provide energy analysis for current
systems and offer design solutions that can help our clients
meet their energy requirements in the 21st century.
Our mechanical team is also involved in some industrial services
including cooling towers, chillers and pumps. Our design
strengths extend from the thermal sciences to equipment design
capabilities in the manufacturing industry.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
March Adams provides electrical
engineering services for commercial, institutional, and
power-generating facilities. Our staff is committed to
implementing proven energy-efficient designs that not only
reduce our clients’ operating costs but conserve our
nation’s natural resources. In addition to our standard
design practices, we are capable of using the EPA’s Green
Lights Program and other client-requested criteria. Our
industrial experience encompasses a great deal of diversity in
the design of emergency generator power systems, electronic
drive applications, PLC systems, process controls and power
distribution sub-stations. The final design documents for
these systems reflect our practical background in
constructability, operation and maintenance to minimize cost and
maximize reliability
